Law Image has developed a series of environmentally friendly protocols and procedures.

The nature of the print industry is such that any environmental considerations are weighted against business considerations, however Law Image believes that a balance between environmentally friendly operations and business sustainability must be made.

Law Image nationwide has instituted an environmental sustainability program that aims to reduce the impact on the environment that Law Image operations have. As part of this program, Law Image targets issues both on an individual level, in consultation with employees and clients, up to a macroscopic level, focusing on programs of power and resource conversation.

Law Image strives to develop environmental policies that are compliant to ISO environmental standards. Law Image only uses suppliers that are ISO 14001 compliant wherever possible.

Resource Conservation

• We encourage use of digital files instead of paper based files from customers
• Encouragement of recycling by employees
• Use of digital forms for all job procurement, delivery and internal management
• All industrial machines turned off at the switch when not in use
• All industrial machines regularly serviced to prevent improper power use
• All staff trained to minimize wastage during completion of work
• Recycled paper used in the office wherever possible
• Job procurement and delivery takes place on foot wherever possible

Prevention of Ecological Harm

• All ink and toner cartridges are recycled
• All plastics and paper based items used in the office are recycled
• All purchases are environmentally friendly products and influence is placed on our suppliers and customers that goods procured support our environmental policy

Management Policies

• We take measures to increase staff awareness of company environmental performance and individual environmental responsibilities and ensure that environmental management is included within staff
• We review and revise our environmental statement regularly and consult with industry and community on environmental management issues
• Law Image promotes a work ethic which places a high value on the environmental effects of our operation and try to cut down the risks to the environment
